FERMI COMMUNITY ORCHESTRA
Rehearsals SUNDAYS, 6:30-8:30pm
The Fermi Community Orchestra is a full symphonic ensemble for experienced amateur players, retired professionals, music teachers, and adult students. This orchestra challenges its members with exciting standard classical literature in a fun, welcoming, and non-competitive environment. Auditions are not required, however previous orchestral experience is essential. Open to all string, woodwind, brass, and percussion players.
FERMI COMMUNITY STRINGS
Rehearsals SUNDAYS, 4:30-6pm
The Fermi Community Strings is dedicated to string musicians (violin, viola, cello, bass) who are just getting started in orchestral playing. Whether you are an adult beginner, or seasoned musician trying a new instrument, this orchestra will explore ensemble playing from a fundamental level with enjoyable and accessible literature. Auditions are not required. A couple of years playing experience is recommended.


FERMI FLUTE CHOIR
Rehearsals SUNDAYS, 5-6:30pm
The Fermi Flute Choir is a chamber ensemble made up of instruments from the full range of the flute family, including piccolo, concert, alto, tenor, bass, and contrabass flutes. Members perform original and arranged compositions in concert with the Fermi Strings and Fermi Orchestra.
